Cutting depth

Cutting depth is an important related to diamond grits, high effection cutting, sharpness of diamond cutting discs. Generally speaking, when the diamond cutting disc's line speed is high, should choose the low cutting depth, from the present technology. When cutting granite block with large diameter diamond cutting discs, the cutting depth can be controlled between the 5mm and the feed speed should be lowered at the same time. When the line speed of diamond cutting disc is large, big cutting depth should be chosen. However, when the performance of the Saw machine and the tool strength permit range, the cutting concentration should be taken as much as possible to improve the cutting efficiency. When the saw machine surface is required, small depth cutting should be used.

Drop cutting speed

The feed dropping speed affects the cutting, the force of the diamond cutting disc and the heat dissipation of the cutting area. Its data should be selected according to the cutting materials. For example, cutting the softer natural stone, such as marble, can be appropriate to raise the speed of the drop cutting depth. if the speed of the drop cutting is too low, more conducive to improve the cutting rate. Cutting fine grain granite, to compare the similar granite, may increase the drop cutting speed, if the drop cutting speed is too low, the diamond segment on cutting disc is easy to grind flat. However, when cutting coarse grain granite with hard granite, the cutting speed should be lowered, or the diamond cutting disc vibration will cause diamond fragmentation and reduce the cutting rate. The cutting speed generally selected within the Mm 12m Min range.
